I know I’m different. In almost every way, I’m different.
I used to be the best. Now I belong to the rest.

In a world where everyone’s wavering,
I’m definite.

In a world where everything’s messed up,
I’m clean.

In a world where words can’t be uttered,
I sing.

In a world where images can’t be seen,
I paint.

But

In a world where everyone’s blissful,
I’m poignant.

In a world where everyone’s being loved,
I’m hated.

In a world where everyone wins,
I lost.

And in a world where everything’s pleasurable,
I’m in pain.

I know I’m different. In almost every way, I’m different.

Isang pagkakataon, isang panahon
Iisa nga lamang, wala nang bawian
Napaka-ikli ng oras at napakarami pang gagawin
Alin ang uunahin, alin o alin?

Isipa’y di mawari, nagdarahop o nagkukublli?
Lubhang mahirap hulaan, huhulaan parin, ito’y anu’t anu pa man

Kalungkuta’y napawi, ngunit kalokoha’y nabali
Tawanang humihina, ligayang nawawala
Sa isang iglap lang, pagbabagao’y nanjan na
eto na naman siya, eto na naman siya!

Apektado? Oo ako’y apektado
Wala mang karapatan, ako pari’y nahihirapan
umiinit ang ulo, kumukulo ang laman
lumalabong paningin, nadagitab na isipan

Isang pagkakataon, isang panahon

pain

A baby learns to see or gains sight for the first time. If you try to taunt him by acting as if you’re punching him/her. What would be his/her reaction?

If it’s you you’ll probably evade or block. but for the baby, her reaction will be “…” « act of cluelesness, not even a blink.

Why? Because since the time the baby knew how to think, he/se probably doesnt recieve any hurtful acts yet.
